Push notifications slow

Push notifications take far too long to arrive to mobile devices. Im using an iPhone 7+ with ample wifi connectivity and yet push notifications take minutes to arrive to my device.

Your notifications really need work. My boss 1on1s me yet I dont get a notification on my ipad. I dont get it on my iphone. Hence I dont get it on my apple watch. Its only when I open the desktop app instead that I see I was messaged. So unreliable.
